Hacking Super Mario Maker: Changing 100 Mario Values?

In MK8, you can change values to make the AI harder or easier. In Smash, you can change values to make DLC free. In Super Mario Maker, can't you change values to change the percentages used in 100 Man? Or change Gnat Attack to just one fly? I am a noob and just want the costumes without switching saves, so I need something like this.

You can, its just nobody knows what memory values to poke around at.
