Kasumi (霞) streams your GeForce NOW library to the New 3DS. Free and open source.

Download: https://github.com/p0mpurin/Kasumi
Install the CIA with FBI (Remote Install → Scan QR Code). It updates itself from Settings after that.

Features

Your GeForce NOW library with box art, favourites and recently played
30 fps at 960×540 using the New 3DS hardware decoder, with stereo audio
Gyro aiming, custom button mapping, touchpad mouse, keyboard and zoom
Queue estimate with a chime + LED when your rig is ready
Sign in on your phone or PC, no password typed on the 3DS

Requirements: New 3DS / New 3DS XL / New 2DS XL, CFW (Luma3DS), a GeForce NOW account (free tier works), decent 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.

It's a beta, so bug reports are very welcome: open an issue on GitHub and attach sd:/3ds/kasumi/kasumi-diagnostic.txt (it never contains your login).

Thanks for making and sharing this! I can't use it right now because GFN only works with Partner in my country, but I'll definitely use it a lot with Stardew Valley when support is available

Wow! Simply amazed! I've always wondered if something like this would come to the 3DS. Too bad it doesn't seem to work for me. I get "nvst transport eof" and "webrtc transport failed" errors when it's trying to load the rig. I set my connection settings to weak, is my connection just that bad? I guess that's campsite WiFi for you Lol.

Omg it works. And it works well! Here's me streaming my favorite ARPG, Warhammer Inquisitor. I'm not near the router, so it's a little blurry, but it WORKS. OMG. I love this, thank you so much for making it.

I’ll look into that and see what might be causing it. I would love If you get to try it again after the update, If possible, please open an issue on GitHub with the kasumi-diagnostics.txt That would help a lot with debugging it and thank you!
