You can buy a US Wii U, but short of that you're out of luck.

I do miss the 3d compared to the 3ds game.

Multiplayer takes some getting used to. I didn't try too hard but it seemed to force player 1 to use the gamepad. Can't you play with 4 non gamepad controllers?

I initially kept wanting to punch or spin attack like 3d Mario's of the past. Then I kept wanting to spin jump like in the new series on console. And man you can't bubble up to save yourself from falling in multiplayer in this one.


Kids in bed now so I have to decide whether to try out some single player or start up link between worlds.

There a lot of levels, plus I am collecting all the green stars, stamps and getting all golden flags. I'am taking a break and getting ready to start on world 4 soon.
