Is definitely 4.73 anything that was produced after April 2017 has to be above 4.55

Hi, am on Ps4 fat model with 4.05 fw is it a good decision to update to 4.55 fw?
As am also getting my all save data deleted when the system crashes, please help. Thanks.

No reason to thank me, thank @qwertyoruiopz and @SpecterDev they are going to release 5.05 full fledge jaikbreak in the next few weeks.

So now every new console is gold as long as it's packed. Even the God Of War bundle comes with 4.73 console.

I bought new fifa 18 bundle it came with 4.73 too. I haven't even opened the box. Happy times

So since new jailbreaks are coming up how can I get my hands on a console with FW 5.05 or less in the US? What firmware comes with the God of War PS4 bundle? Thanks in advance! (:

Just got a brand new PS4 Pro console from JB HiFi (Australia) and the firmware was 5.50.

Model number said CUH-7102B and the Date code said 8A.

Did I get a returned PS4?

The guy claimed it was brand new delivery from Sony.

5.50 was released on March 8th, 2018. Datecode 8A stands for January/February/March 2018 manufactured consoles. It's quite possible that this console is really brand new one

I bought a PS4 Pro GOW and it is firmware 4.73, GOW needed to play 5.05 which is also on the disc, so I upgraded to 5.05 and now I am playing GOW until the hack comes out: D Sorry for my english it is translated with google!
