I have a 8GB microSD card filled to the brim with 80+ DS games and a whole bunch of emulators and various homebrew. I'm reformatting it again because I'm having weird issues so what's the difference performance-wise between 32K and 64K and which one should I use?

I have a DSTWO and I'm using BAGPLUG as my default menu, if it means anything.

Can DSTWO use 64KB cluster size? Most device only support up to 32KB cluster size.

Larger cluster size is beneficial when you are reading large files, smaller cluster size is beneficial when you are storing bunch of small files.

Generally the Panasonic SD Formatter is what's suggested with size-adjustment on.

It'll take care of all the technical details, and we've seen it solve all sorts of issues.

I'd use it but it doesn't work with DSTWO Linux. I switched to 64K clusters and BAGPLUG loads files a lot faster but there's over .5G of space I can't use now.
