ROM Hack Stuck Pixel Fixer?

I saw one about a year ago... I got a DS Lite and it has a Stuck pixel

The program ran off a file which flashed loads of colors, andbody got any info on it? >_<

Also, is the supercard compatible with most homebrew?

Theres a skin for the M3, is it possible to have skins for Supercard? It's so plain

Almost every homebrew i have tried on my supercard minisd has worked nice. the meu is not skinable and in the near future its not going to be changed.
there was a program a while ago that changed the colors of some stuff, and i would like to see that again, but yeah.
