yes...Reset lunch version,delete the updates and tickets...install again with 1.2 patch...it works fine now...

Only question is, will it be difficult to convert our saves from the Japanese release to the US release?

Dump save jp and us by JKSM (or some tool dump save) replace file system in us to jp save folder.

Yes you can but the older files will not be used and only make the game to take more time to load.

i just overwrite old patch with yours. and yes, it takes so long, even the game doesn't start at all.
