Hacking Start button stop working in 3DS Games (and only in 3DS games)

I have a big problem with my 3DS, i left it aside about a mouth, too busy to play and etc, after i power on it again the start button simply does not work in 3DS games, it works in FBI and the SNES emulator, but in the 3DS games just do not respond, someone have any solution, maybe restore factory NAND?

in what games have you tried it? maybe some games just don't support it, many games have its function switched with the X or other buttons.

Yep i tried, for example, in Ocarina Of Time you need the start button to save the game, and it dont work :/, good part of the 3DS games do not need it but its a little annoying
