Gaming sshg problem

i have all 8 badges... and stuff and i wanna go to leauge and surf the spot east of new bark town...
and then the hot girl comes up and prevents me going to surf...

what do i have to do???

pokedex: sad... 34 pkmn caught and some non johto dex pokemon like anorith...
trainer stats: average... ... have a saver from platinum if my starter gets f**ked up
sub quests: did the radio tower, dragons den, dragon mastahz and some in game trades...
events: got the notched ear... have the cinema arceus(not played ev yet)...

so... what is wrong? or what do i needta do

You have to defeat the Kimono Girls and encounter Ho-Oh (not sure if Ho-oh is required, but the Kimono Girls are).
