Guess they start checking/scanning everything in October

CFW only went online with shiverbot for a few minimum edits. Aka - 30 chunks on a few abilities and some money(<60k each time). When I used CFW + offline, it was with tableturf and kept my account offline for a large period of time. Never entered matches/etc with CFW.

Other than that, I was always OFW and kept my playtime to an average "working adult". I'm debating just creating a new S3 account to get ahead of the probable ban lol.

That makes sense, a lot of my edits were recent so it was probably easier to track. Looking deeper into my error code my ban could potentially be a 14-day ban only but can't say for sure. If I get it back I'm probably done with editing anything but I'll update if it was only temporary.

Don't cheat in a game with anti-cheats. Simple as that.

No, there won't be an undetectable method. Save data is server based and even ability chunks were part of their anti-cheat.
I lightheartedly believed the risk was small for such a harmless cheat (like in Splat 1 & 2), however Nintendo superbanned consoles.
Full console ban including eShop and updates for changing the amount of clothing ability fragments (ridiculous if you ask me, but it's their ToS.) I expected some sort of sanction but never such an aggressive ban.

They ain't eff-ing around, so it's better to abandon all hope and play the game fairly... or quit playing the game at all.
