The first official Marvel cinematic universe continuity Spoder-Man movie trailer (boy, that's a mouthful) is out.

Awww, he's still in high school, and for once he actually looks like he still goes to high school.
I liked Tobey Maguire's Peter Parker but he was like 30 when he played Spidey.

I haven't seen the trailer yet (I'm playing CTGP-R, and I don't want to fuck with the connection), but I hope this won't be as shit as the Garfield-one.

I liked Tobey Maguire's Peter Parker but he was like 30 when he played Spidey.

He was in his 30s when Spider-Man 3 came out, the first movie, he was 26. He's like buddy Leo Dicaprio in that he retained the teenage look for a long time, around that time Dicaprio portrayed teenage conman Frank Abagnale in Catch Me If You Can and he's a year older than Maguire. You know who was actually 30 during their time as Peter Parker, Andrew Garfield. Age is just a number and both prior movie Parkers had the look, and so does this Tom Holland. I'll never ignore the fact he shares the same name as the director of Fright Night and Child's Play.
