I subtract the first parts

009997D0 − 00000040 = 999790. So do I just add 999790 to the FEA (JPN) codes and they should work in USA version? Am I doing this right?​

Monay is placed [03CF2A84]+0x40
In the case of my 3DS, the pointer of [03CF2A84] is 1522DF40, so ARcode injector don't add offset 0x14000000.
it means 0x0122DF40 in FCRAMx.bin

I said you need to make memory dump of both versions in order to find the address

memory from any one will be fine
go to the JPN memory address , copy some values near the address, then search it on the USA memory dump

In your FCRAM, if you see 14999790 (or 90979914) in the address 03CF2A84, the programs may be same.
And if you see 12800002 (or 02008012)in these address 03ED38E0 03ED3E14 ..,the program must be same.
but if not, porting code is difficult.

1. Simply put the code into html file, example 'index.html'
2. Browse to xampp/htdocs folder, create subdir 'dump' and put the file there
3. Open XAMPP Control Center and start Apache Service

- You can test it on your pc by opening http://127.0.0.1/dump or http://<your-ip-from-pc-hosting-the-html>/dump -

4. Open the Browser inside your 3DS
5. Browse to "http://<your-ip-from-pc-hosting-the-html>/dump"

I do this for everything i need, like: To execute ARCode, Dump Memory, rxTOOLS, Gateway... and so on

1. Both, your 3DS and PC needs to be in the same network
2. The 3DS needs internet to work using wlan
3. Make sure your PC/Software doesnt block XAMPP
4. Check your PC's IP, example: 192.168.1.100
5. Open the PC'S IP example: http://192.168.1.100/dump

If needed, flush cache&history in your 3DS.
