So then which one is it? Both the firmware and browser, or just the browser. Looking at Title Manager, my 3DS Browser is Version 4.00, I downloaded title: 0004003000009402 using 3DSNUS revision 4096 (I believe, I can't remember the exact number I typed, it was 5 or 6 hours ago).

Okay, it seems to be that some of the codes don't work, because the Money Code works with Fire Emblem Awakening, without any issue. So I guess I will need to figure out some other way to have the other codes work.

Maybe different Region (Game) or you need to be in the right menu/position to get it working.
Example:
Super Mario 3D Land, i tried to get more than the codes i offered, BUT
the offset changed for every Level...
for W1-3 working code doesnt work in W1-4...and so on...
Correct, as for NTR you need a legal buyed game or Sky3DS until someone offers support for roms / emunand.
What are you doing to dump the FCRAM on emunand? My browser freezes every time I try it.

3. Open XAMPP Control Center and start Apache Service
- You can test it on your pc by opening http://127.0.0.1/dump or http://<your-ip-from-pc-hosting-the-html>/dump -
4. Open the Browser inside your 3DS
5. Browse to "http://<your-ip-from-pc-hosting-the-html>/dump"
I do this for everything i need, like: To execute ARCode, Dump Memory, rxTOOLS, Gateway... and so on

I'm on FW 4.2 (FW 9.7 with emunand Gateway) right now, but i've downgrade the internet browser via 3dnus. My browser current version is 1.7567. (gateway mode browser)
So, when i tried to memdump my game or accessing into dukesrg server, my 3ds always froze.
What cause this?
I tried reinstalling the browser several times but still no luck.

The last time i used this, was on 9.5.0, i don't see a problem for 9.7.0.
You could try it with a spare SD Card and use another emuNAND Version.
Have you got the link for the timestamped FCRAM dump? I've been unable to find it again.
