Sony always plays follow the leader. They tried to cash in on the motion gaming fad with the Six Axis and when that failed they ripped off the Wii Mote directly. That's what makes them so pathetic.

They copy the competition the second they see a successful product. Its their timing that incriminates them, not the ideas themselves.

That's an ignorant response. If you had even seen the specs of the two systems, you would see they have little in common beyond the fact they both have visuals and can play games with sound.

Nintendo didn't stick with HD, Sony did.

Nintendo used DVDs, Sony used Blu-ray.

Nintendo designed the Wii to be a (pretty much) pure gaming console, Sony designed the PS3 to be a multipurpose home entertainment system (Blu-ray player/ Game console/ Video marketplace/ etc.)

I'll admit, you've got a point and a pretty good one at that. But it isn't exactly true that Sony "steals ideas". They come up with their own too. Some times at least.

I was thinking about getting a psp just for all the homebrew and emulators, not all that interested in the retail games. Someone earlier said you can get one for $50, where? The cheapest i've seen them is around $100.

Yeah, you have no clue what you're talking about kid. There's a shit ton of great games coming out next month and some stuff that still (and most likely will) get a localization (namely Valkyria Chronicles 3 and Monster Hunter Portable 3rd).

Also, you're a bad troll.

Odds are it'll be a PS2/PS3 situation if they do this. Occasionally release some PSP versions of games but odds are it'll be nothing notable. I mean PS2 releases I think are finally stopping this year. I doubt there'll be anything really noteworthy for the PSP 6 months after the NGP release but who knows.
