Not yet played uncharted (despite actually owning the first three) so I had no idea what it was until the title thing. Looked pretty but these scripted things seem to be the legacy of the Resident Evil pre rendering.

My computer decided it wanted to play this in slideshow form though so I might have to watch it after the fact to see what goes.

Some prerendered Marvel Vs Capcom infinite stuff, set for 2017. Ryu looks very odd to me.
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 available on PSN today.

Seemingly a new wipeout too. HD fury 2048.

Some destiny stuff. Might mean more had I played Destiny.

Crash Bandicoot 1-3 apparently have been remastered in what I will have to dub standard 3d remaster skin. Some effort looks like it went into it but I am not sure.

and some Resident Evil 6 (stylised as Resident EVII). Kind of seems like Silent Hill now but could be good. Big update for the demo if you wanted it.

Speaking of 7 there is an Ace Combat with that number to come, not played one in a while and story based fighting flight sim always seems odd to me. Apparently has VR support.

The last of us part 2 is a pretty big way to end it however im just going to wait for Let it die to appear on the PS store and ill be playing that for the rest of tonight.

There were lot of cool stuff there, known and new announced games.
I waiting for a lot (too many) of them.

I missed the beginning of the stream, I'll rewatch it when available elsewhere.

I got CGI fatigue halfway through that, it merged with my general indifference to these sort of events these days to leave curious about a few things and baffled at the excitement of the audience there but not entirely down on the concept. I have certainly seen worse e3 presentations. I imagine I might have been more excited if I had played many of the games getting sequels.

Seems VR is the new motion controls, and was mostly spared sports games which was nice. I am also awaiting let it die.

    Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

    @BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

    You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
