That indeed seems to be their hand held, don't see a real Xbox portable coming anytime soon.
Windows Phone 7 is excellent too btw, don't judge it if you never played with it.

that's why the (inferior) PSX Emulator PSX4Droid was removed from the market?...just days before Sony's PSX purchase compatible Xperia Play was released?

Sony can do android. This is true. however they will bend it to the way they see fit somewhat..(like removing "undesirable" apps from the market)

and I was talking about a SERIOUS gaming handheld for Microsoft to make...

Not a phone and a gaming entertainment handheld on the side...

it was made so that people who COULDN'T AFFORD a PS2 could still enjoy the "playstation" experience...

The PSX was an expensive DVR / PS2 console that was sold in japan only...
