Sonic Generations 3DS Release Date

Sega has announced that Sonic Generations will hit the Nintendo 3DS on November 22nd in North America. This will be the first Sonic game for the system, and is also a part of Sega's celebration of Sonic's 20th anniversary.

It's still delayed, just not by a lot.

And I don't see the big deal. Sonic Colors DS was good but I wouldn't put it over the Wii version. But it's Sonic so I don't really care in the end.

Looks great. Hopefully its the same game, level-wise. I'd hate to see this watered down for handhelds. Portable, awesome Sonic would make many fans happy again.

Are they going to have any 3D platforming or is it just going to be just 2D?
I know the 3DS is capable of it, I'd just be upset if they didn't add both elements of gameplay.

Sonic Colors on the DS was a bit stiff and so was Sonic The Hedgehog 4 on the Wii. It was starting to piss me off that they couldn't get the movement correct. Played a demo of Sonic Generations on the PS3 the other day and I was happy to say it felt more like classic Sonic than any of them have in a while. Also people who are saying this won't sell well with Mario Land coming out and MK7 coming soon after forget that just because Mario is 1st party doesn't mean that people don't love Sonic too and he will get some love on the system!

If I could play Swtor on this crappy PC, then I would be getting the PC version of SG as well
