Are u sure I need to buy a new ad card
When this was first happening I reformatted the wii memory. After that i used my sd card that could be corrupted to homebrew the wii and It worked with that sd card.

Not all games run fine either some games just freeze or show a dsi error
That might be unrelated, or just a bad dump.

My thinking is this:
Most of the games work fine, even though they have corrupted banner data. That on its own doesn't necessarily mean anything. But the cover art is corrupted too. Both the banner cache and the coverart are stored on the SD card which seriously suggests that the SD card is the problem. If I'm wrong then, my only other idea is a hardware issue with the Wii itself. But if that was the case, you should be noticing issues (graphical glitches, crashes) in all software, not just USB loaders.

You don't have to, you can load homebrew from the USB like I said.

Yeah It can not be hardware damage because I played smg2 for 3 hours straight and nothing happened. Also would formatted the sd card fix it instead of getting a new one

Maybe, probably not, it seems to be corrupting anything new which is put on there so it's not just some simple corruption, it seems like the SD card is going bad.
Just load the USB loader from the HDD like I said and see if the problem goes away.

I put an apps folder on the hdd with usbloadergx and it dodnt show up on homebrew channel

I tired to switch to usb and it game me DSI error
Pressing 1 like the other guy said?
Double check that the drive is FAT32 formatted.
Also, make sure your SD card is ejected.
You used a clean copy of USB Loader GX from your PC?
If the problem persists, try another USB, just put USB Loader GX and one of the problem games on it.
