games no longer showing up on usbloadergx

I have been using usblaodergx to play wii games and gamecube games without issue until today. I installed metroid prime trilogy using the wii backupmanager to split the wbfs file. Then I tested it and it was working fine. I booted up usbloadergx to play mario with a friend hours later and suddenly games are no longer showing up. What should I do? My games and folders are named correctly. I don't think this matters but before booting up usbloadergx, my friend opened homebrew browser and main disc slot.

The games are now showing up again after I made a copy of my usbdrive files on my computer and copied the games to a wbfs folder on my sd card. I didn't make any changes to my usbdrive or usbloadergx settings so I don't know what is going on in regards to why games were not showing up earlier.

Make sure your cios and usbloader are up to date

Also note that now GX has a dedicated SD mode, if your games are on sd you should make sure that's toggled
