So, I have a CFW'ed OG Switch running Atmosphere (90DNS and all that) and a clean Switch Lite with the latest OFW running.

My OG Switch is not banned, however if it does get banned at some point, would my Switch Lite be in danger as well in case:

1) I play local multiplayer using both Switches, if I own the game on the Lite and use a backup at the OG?

2) I transfer saves from the OG to the Lite and vice versa?

3) I use a cartridge I own on both Switches?

Also, my Lite has my main account on it, owning a lot of digital games and subscribed to Nintendo Switch Online. Is there a possibility of my account getting banned in any of the above?

1. No risk
2. You can only transfer saves using homebrew so yes you run the risk but it doesnt matter right now because as of the time if this post the switch lite is not hackable.
3. No risk

They only ban the console not your account.

Thanks for the reply.

You can transfer saves between two consoles that share the same account without homebrew.
