I'm having trouble with Opentyrian, Nanomechas and Dosbox Running from my USB HDD.

Opentyrian loads to a black screen the drops back to the HBC.
Nanomechas Code dumps when loading a level.
Dosbox Code dumps on startup.

Its a 1 TB Drive formatted 350mb fat32 and the rest to WBFS. I'm pretty sure (not completely) that I've ran both Opentyrian and Dosbox from this drive before but now their not working.

All of them work fine from my SD-card. I tested them on a Kingston traveler 4GB thumb drive and had the same issue.

Is their anything I can do to improve my USB homebrew compatibility? Most programs work fine. I don't know if updating these programs or updating my Wii IOS's has broken compatibility or If I'm just remembering wrong and havn't tried these from USB before. Does anyone run these from USB successfully? What IOS does homebrew run off of? or are they all different?

Im running Wii menu 4.1U
HBC 1.0.8 running on IOS 58
My IOS are fairly if not completly up to date. Alot are patched just for a lack of knowing any reason not to when I was updating them.

The older homebrew does not have USB support or not as good USB support. Not sure which applies to all of them.

I do know that Tyrian does support USB, but only FAT32 (not ntfs) but it might not be the most compatible as there have been many strides with USB support since february (last tyrian update) including the use of IOS58.

We have doctors for prostate health
  • FAST6191 @ FAST6191:
They will assess it and medicate as necessary but in all cases it is better to take action before it becomes a problem and to stave things off from becoming a problem in the first place
  • FAST6191 @ FAST6191:
and if it is something as trivial as a fondle every month or so then it is not like they are asking you to eat right and exercise

Most doctor visits are a couple hundred

that still does not guarantee a 100% cure

Not many cures for a bad dong either
