Hacking Softmodded wii can't play legit gamecube games anymore

Okay so i just noticed that my wii can't play legit gamecube games anymore... wich is pretty bad because i have quite a lot of them.
Okay so my wii is softmodded 4.0E can play wii/gamecube backup games, and has preloader 0.29 with some hacks.
I think the problem is my cMIOS but i cant uninstall it since i won't be able to play backup games anymore then. does anyone know what to do?
(I get an error saying the disc can't be read from the home menu, so it doesn't even recognise it's a gamecube game...)

did you install the region free gamecube games hack in preloader (or starfall if you have it)
If so, uninstall it

Thanks dude, I turned off the region free Wii games hack in the preloader and they work now, =)
