If you have already softmodded your Console, you no longer need to softmod it again. Simply download the apps again and put them back on your SD card.
So if you had bootmii installed just download the Hackmiinstaller and reinstall the files to your SD card; i believe the option states prepare sd card, and then do another back up.
If you want to know how to update your System Menu w/o having to ever redo the softmod again pm me and i'll let you know a easy 1.2..3... step process that even a mentally handicap person could follow and very safe as well
