Hacking Softmii offline installation

hey, my network connection is nonexistant so im going to have to install softmii offline if at all possible. from my limited understanding the only phase i need help with is downgrading system menu to 3.2e. help please?

current system:
3.3e (im in australia)
tp hack
hbc
Waninkoko's MIOS
Whatever IOS's/cIOS's were required to run backup laucher gamma.

so as far as i understand i need to downgrade to 3.2e, then install starfall for a bit of a safety net as well as it's features, then cIOSCORP.

Well you can install the CIOSCORP part using Wad Manager that can give you 1:1 backups through the disc channel but only from your Region all out Regions will not work, you need 3.2 and as for installing the Full Softmii Package i'm pretty sure you will need Wifi Connection, I think

No, you need 3.2 for CIOSCORP.

Download a systemmenuv290.wad and install that. Its basically the equivalent of downgrading.
