Hi All,

I'm sure I'm being a noob here but I cannot get my New 3DS XL to boot, no matter what I've tried.
This happened after using the Luma to CTRNand script in GM9.

When I press the power button, the blue power light comes on and fades out.

I have tried to boot the 3DS with and without the SD in but with no luck.

As always, any and all help is appreciated!

Edit: The 3DS is on B9S 1.0 (maybe 1.1, I honestly can't remember)

ok. Try luma 7.0.5, 7.1, 8.0, 8.1. If none of those works, you 3DS is not reading your SD correctly.
I shall give it a go. What are the absolute minimum files that I need on the SD to get the 3DS to boot?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I noticed that B9S version 1.2 or above was required for Luma 8 so I put Luma 7.1 on the SD and now the 3DS boots. I shall now update B9S and Luma to the latest versions, followed by the system version.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
