Gaming So what will be GBATemp's blockbuster next month?

There's some good ones comin' down the pike, no doubt! Call of Duty 4 -- huge! Dementium later this month -- been waitin' on that one for a while. I think Contra 4, Mario Party DS and Revenant Wings are all due out next month as well. Some goodies. But for me, the big boy would have to be Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker. I was so happy when they announced a U.S. release. I guess I could've tinkered with the Japanese version, but nah...this is one of those games, like Phantom Hourglass and Ring of Fates, that I just want to savor. Can't wait!

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention Dora the Explorer is also out next month. That should be a huge hit as well.

FF12: RW (hope it's not the sux like Heroes of Mana, obviously the same engine is being used) and DQ Joker is all I'm interested in for next month, afaik anyway. Lookin forward to Dementium also.
I've decided to hoard a few of the AAA titles for the inevitable post Xmas drought. Got tons to play on other systems so it will be nice to have a bunch of stuff thats still 'new' to me after Xmas.

The top games on my list has to be Revenant Wings and Call of Duty 4, reason being I'm looking for a sweet FPS games and CoD 4 seems to be a very promising title. And I've been itching for an FF title that has no menu-based battle system.

I don't know about you guys, but Geometry Wars would be the game that'll last me for quite awhile.

The PC game was truly addictive as hell.

Final Fantasy 12 Revenent Wings, Japanese one seemed good I reckon that'll be the biggest game.

Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker I hope gets better recognition than Slime.
Orcs & Elves looks dated but I just loved the mobile game.
Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games, its down for Europe release. I know the US one is delayed till next year.
Mario Party DS, should be big and hopefully better than recent games in the series.
Call of Duty 4, I get a feeling it will disappoint me.

Only 2 weeks until Dementium, I have such a good feeling about that.

Dragon Quest Joker looks like Pokemon with a soul so hopefully it'll be great,
Mario Party simply because it'll be on DS and I'll playh the hell out of it against my GF and little bro when he visits me at uni.
Mario and Sonic at the Track and Fi- I mean Olympics will KICK. ASS.

Now to just convince Ninty to get rights to Loco Roco somehow and implement the gyroscope to create the GREATEST DS GAME EVER.

dementium looks very good from what I've seen. gamecock look like they make some decent games.

Call of Duty 4 I'm hoping will be good. The x360 and PC versions are very good.

Mario Party will be good fun but without WiFi I think it's missing lots of online goodness.

Yeah, I really have to wonder what the hell Nintendo is thinking. The only thing that would make another Mario Party game appealing to me is online play. It's not that they're bad games, but you've played one, you've played them all pretty much.

damn you guys are joking right? all the great games which i haven't beaten yet (use my ds on an average from 0-2 hours each day and on top of that i got a psp recently which i hacked by the way thus adding a whole bunch of more games to play) and all of these new ones should should last me 3-4 months

Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker! Hopefully it's not too different from the original Dragon Quest Monsters. That was my favorite game on the GB. Then they came out with DQM 2... Let's NOT talk about that.

I would certainly be on that bandwagon, and for a while it was scheduled to be released in November, but I think they moved it back to early 2008.

But it's the game I look forward to most, barnone, of any game announced for the DS.

I can't wait for The Simpsons Game honestly. I've liked the whole line of Simpsons games and I don't think I will be disappointed by the new one.

And yeah, COD4, Mario Party DS, and the others are also interesting xD
