Don't mind the voices I've heard so far, well maybe Kains voice is a bit too deep and Cecil's is a bit too weak and young, they gave Cecil the voice of a teenager when to me he's in his late 20's/30's, a teenager wouldn't have his rank. I guess when he becomes a Paladin his voice will fit better.

Other than that the games great so far, I've only just exited the cave where you meet the Sage and am about to meet the Bard.

i don't mind the voice overs too much but the background music in some places seems completely inapproprate or out of context.

that and my party falls every ten mins.

paying for resting at the inn just reminds of of etrian odessey which i hated.

It's definitely Final Fantasy IV...

I'm enjoying it, though not as much as I did FFIII DS. The frame rate is a bit choppy -- kinda reminds me of FFIX on the PS1. The overworld movement is good, but the in-battle graphics just seem to have a fairly slow frame rate., and the animations aren't as attractive as FFIII DS' were, either.

That aside, I still enjoy the old battle system over ATB, but I'm having fun, no matter. The cut scenes and story, though, are of course, really engrossing. No matter, it's a real treat seeing it all in some very detailed, lovingly designed 3D. Seems a little easier than FFIII, though. There are just as many random battles, but I don't seem to be needing to do nearly as much level grinding. Of course, I'm not complaining about that.

That's because her level was pretty low to begin with.

Honestly, though I think she was ok-ish later on. The spoony bard was the one that really felt weak to me. Heck, you can even make him hide...

It's fun though. :3 I've been playing it all day which is a surprise because my DS hasn't been getting much love lately.

Oh, and framerate? Wazzat? :3

The Whyt training seems tacked on minigames....

No issues on Cyclods with SDHC regarding the framerate

The opening CGU is a little blockier than FFCC:RoF

I dunno. I liked it. It wasn't as cool as the other games are but I wanted to play a game with a story that I'd like to follow. To be honest, I thought it was a bit boring. Especially the combat system. FFCC pawns that part. But I liked it because it had more story and I'll probably play it for a while. :3

- The money you get after battles is way less than in any previous version.
- Using a FFTA style moogle rather than the FFV version seems out of place.
- The mini-mages suck lol

- Loved the Rydia cutscene.
