Hacking So, question about installing rxTools...

I was (slowly) installing rxTools, doing one or two steps per day. I had been following this guide: https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-installing-rxtools-custom-firmware-3ds-and-2ds.390867/, however, all of a sudden, yesterday, it changed. I have already downgraded to 9.2, but I don't know how to continue installing it. I was at the point of moving the rxTools files onto my SD card. Is my best bet to find a way to continue installing it the way I was, or to restart and do what this guide now says?

PS: in the rxTools quick start guide (in the .zip file), where am I supposed to find rxTools.dat?

dont follow the RXtools guide its outdated.
Follow the install CFW guides in tutorial section, i cant really take you step by step because you are doing it waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too slow 2 steps a day lol jsut do it all

I recommend this one. I was a complete 3DS n00b and got everything working first try with it.
