I'll just pop into this thread....

Is there any list of compatible games for these emus?

I have an itching to play SMW, Super Metroid, and LttP on my DS! Thanks.

However, it's only for version .5a
Current version is .6

EDIT: And to play super mario world, there is no Rom that is 100% problem free. As stated in previous posts, there will always be minor graphic errors in the roms, such as sprites missing and background layering problems. You can see for yourself when facing a boss in the castle, either a platform is missing or the boss is invisible.
As suggested by a member in this thread, use the Super Mario All Stars + Super Mario World Rom, that one seems to work the best with MINOR graphic glitches.

Wow, three pages of terrific help from GBATemp members, I feel really proud of you guys!

What else did you expect from GBAtemp?

As for the Compatibility list, it's kinda outdated, but it'll still be fine, because 0.6a and 0.5b are pretty much the same in terms of Compatibility.

Heh, I just joined to read info on the flash carts and never intended to post on these forums =X

Anyways, I'm still trying to look for a PERFECT Super Mario World Rom. While playing the Super Mario All Stars + Super Mario World ROM, I got to the 4th castle and when fighting the boss, he was invisible again. However, I was able to pinpoint his current location because he breathes fire as his attack.
If anyone has any solutions to these graphical glitches, I wouldn't mind any suggestions.

I just want to add that the Killer Instinct listing on that Wiki is partially outdated. There are rather big graphic glitches, (many can be fixed via graphical settings or easily ignored) but the controls do work on the character select screen. The main problem are the graphics. There is an artifact that spans left to right in the middle of the screen, only about a pixel tall, but it can be a bother. Also, the life bars are missing, the small silver bit at the ends are still there (the part that flashes when you perform a combo breaker) so, you can still see whereabouts your life is at.

It's a bother to run and play, but if you really like KI like I do, you can live with it.

Assuming you have 0.6a, touch the "Options" Icon in the lower left corner of your screen. Then, touch where it says Fast Speed, which will turn it into Normal Speed. This should fix graphical glitches with bosses.

REMEMBER: Normal Speed is the correct FPS for SMW.

Just thought I should mention that putting your SNES games in a folder called "SNES" is a requirement of SNEmulDS. You can change this path by editing the SNEmul.cfg file, but if you don't, then they HAVE to go in the SNES folder. This is why you were having troubles earlier.

Yea, once I put them in a special folder SNEmulDS recognized them..thanks, lol.

[ALL_STARS + WORLD]
BG3Squish = 0
YScroll = 16
Sound = 1
Scaled = 2
BGLayers = 10111
BGPriorities = 0
Vblank = 0
SpeedHacks = 0
AutoSRAM = 1

Append to the bottom of your snemulds.cfg; This should allow you to play the game through the entire thing without too many boss problems. (You can see him atleast) The only problem is the apple worms in the Forest having no "body" except it's head.

UNEMULATED CO-PROCESSOR CHIP

Is this a problem that can be fixed in future versions? Or does this mean that it can never be fixed.

Theres a few games that say that, I wish i could play them. ;(
