Emulation Snes emulator 2010 and 2005 not loading on wii u

they are the only 2 snes emulators i could find on the homebrew app store, i have gone through the guide as far as installing haxchi but do i need to go any more as all i want to do is load a snes emulator, i don't need wii u game installers and saving wii u games to sd cards i just want the snes emulator to work.

You'll have to get it from the libretro site then.

Am I supposed to install retro arch loader before any of the retro arch emulators work?

I have no idea what I'm looking at on libretro website, I just want it to say snes emulator and all I'm seeing is retroarch 1.6.0 , 1.3.6 I have no idea what any of this is, all I want is a send emulator loaded onto a memory card of some sort with roms, it was easy to do on my Sony play smart phone all them years back
