Hacking smash bros 64 v3 form sd

I installed the super smash bros 64 v3 wad using wad manager and it works fine but If I move it to my sd card I get an error that says the system files are corrupted is there a way to do this? I have a softmoded 4.0 wii with softmii installed and I don't know how to figure out what ios I have
