Don't actually do this.
I have a New 3DS and I've found that the C-Stick is absolute trash for using smash attacks. Even after replacing it with a PSP nub, it's the worst.
If you're going to get a New 3DS, don't use smash attacks to justify it.

Because its what we prefer. I want to be able to use the dpad to move, which is why I didn't buy the game or even get a download copy.

It's possible, but HANS doesn't support updates so it would have to be an NTR plugin or a code patch.

Maybe but I tell you try it and you will see why the D-pad isn't for movement. And not many people want that

I did and still do. just because you people don't favor it doesn't mean it shouldn't be an option for others.

That's is why I want an undub version and I got it
