Hacking SM3DAS gamecube roms injection?

Hi dudes, been away from gbatemp lately, I'd like to play some gc games on my switch and I'm asking you what's the best way as of now.
I remember that SM3DAS uses emulation because you can play mario sunshine, and I remember there is a romhack where you can play OOT master quest (gc) if you inject the rom.
Can I inject other roms? If so how? If not, are there some gc emulators on switch that don't involve installing linux/android?

lakka is the easiest way to play gc games on switch ...or linux but it requires sd partitioning etc, and the performance is almost the same.
