Hacking Simple question for r4ds

This is a simple question.

I need to change the date on my console. it's dated back to year 2000. with the wrong time and everything

The console in from japan, so the r4 menu is shown in japanese. so i don't understand it.

please help.

... Take out the R4.

Turn on the DS.

Go to your settings options.

Look for the Calender by trial and error (it's the clock looking icon)

Enter time and date.

Say yes when you're finished and the ds will turn off.

Done.
