That isnt good. Seems like a brick or soft brick. If thats the case, use SAFEMODE to update and retry

I've successfully downgraded my N3DS (PAL) 10.3 to a 9.2
I recorded the whole process, so will post a video on youtube shortly ...for anyone that wants to see it in action.

Almost when the it didn't auto restart, had to force power off, when I powered it back on it showed a black screen for several seconds on first boot ...but it was just the new install process!

Also just to add the browerhax worked fine!

I can't tell you safely, but I rebooted and now I have 9.2 after all CIAs installed succesfully and was stuck on the same message

UGH! I'm fed up with this, why does it refuse to accept the perfectly good CIA files? I checked the MD5 and Checksums like 20 times! Why does it keep giving me the damn "Failed to get CIA file info!" error???

one person said that if you move the bits in it from 3ds isnt ds you can run the 3ds on ds its hard but it might work so its not no way i think
then the hack real . . .

yeah, one said if you move the bits from ps4 you can run it on snes ... -.-

Screw it, gonna try formatting my SD card and trying again.
