@Jackus , @GoodCookie88 some results? I have the same problem and I don't know what to do...
Formatting deletes everything? Including your NNID or you can link it again after downgrading and download your eshop things again?

I'm currently dumping all my save data in preperation for formatting.
Hold on..

It still doesn't work with mine... I guess its the safest if I just wait for a more stable release.

i have removed sd card, even with L R A UP is not working, only the led is starting at power
I'm sorry man, I don't think there is much you can do, maybe wait for a solution. Just warn people not to use ttp files.

Can somebody pm me a link to the proper files for new 3ds USA? I am pretty sure I have the right ones but I want to be suppa safe.

a hint of where to find the proper/safer cia update files for all region would be great and could prevent some brick, i'm not even sure i have the right one.

Have been trying to downgrade for a few times now.
n3dsxl 9.6-24e. Have 9.2-20e n3ds files in the root>updates folder. Size of all 102 cia files is 149,543,616.
Menuhax>theme manager app, press A>back to menuhax>sysupdater
#8..success!
I press Y AND NOTHING EVER HAPPENS. I waited for good 5 something minutes.
Like 5th time, but this time after I pressed Y I'm just staring at the screen, nothing past red text of n3ds warning. I actually waited for like 10 minutes this time, still NOPE.
What is this.

Using the app in the OP. How long does it stay on Step 5? Could I just turn off the system or no?

People already talked so much about it here.

It's an absolute Chaos, but the ISO site also has it.

after the #8 step you should have a menu that ask you to push Y for downgrade, if not you're stuck at step 8 like many of us.

The thing is it takes literally half a second to get to that point YES it says A/Y/B button commands and the red text on the bottom but as I mentioned in my previous post nothing happens if I press Y, also tried to press B afterwards and it doesn't work neither. :C

I'm now stuck at "Updates installed. Rebooting in 10 seconds...", waited 5 minutes. Should I hard restart or wait more

So long as it hasnt started a text saying "reading cia files" its safe to hardboot and try again :)
