You should be okay to power off your system.. Saw a few pages back someone got stuck here and then manually power cycled and the downgrade worked fine.

The app itself states that you should not attempt this on a N3DS. So I advise N3DS users to wait for strong proof that it works or another app like KTM. Can anyone who has downgraded post a picture as proof?

Well my EmuNAND is already unlinked so Do I just System Format the EmuNAND now? And it will all be sweet?

Alright, so on n3dsXL w/ Menu/Themehax. Got stuck on 5, turned off Wifi, got stuck on 7, hard reboot, tried again, installing CIA.
So, yeah.

no ironhax is only for 9.5+ you will have to use browserhax
