Homebrew SigHaxed FIRM was not installed

I am getting CFW on my brother's 2DS.
I've CFW'd 3 other DS's, and they all worked great.
However, this time i get an error message that states 'SigHaxed FIRM was not installed'.
So i looked up fixes, and all of them state that I must have a file missing or put in the wrong spot.
This is not the case, and i have checked and retried many times with no luck.
I am on v11.2.0.35U

you're using safeb9s installer right? I have no clue what the issue is, but im making sure you're installing boot9strap and not plain old sighax.

Your boot9strap.firm and boot9strap.firm.sha files may have been corrupted while you were copying them to the SD card. Re-download the latest release of Boot9Strap and copy both files to the SD card.

I had the same issue, the SD Card i used for multiple 3DS hax refused to work. Try it with another one if you have one

I ended up buying a new SD card. It worked fine from there. Thank you for your help.
