should i create /atmosphere/titles/ or /atmosphere/contents/ folder? for put mod and cheat code file

i got one question
i was on sx os

so all the cheat file or all the mod file

i put under sx os/titles/ folder

just like

now with 16.0.3 ams

should i create /atmosphere/titles/ or /atmosphere/contents/ folder?

i think for old ams version it use /titles folder only?

after 2021 i think ams start use /contents folder only? right?

16.0.3 is FW version, not Atmosphere version.

But considering that to support 16.0.3 you must have one of newest Atmosphere releases, contents then.
