Plenty have over the years, though some will have fallen along the way (there was a really nice one when the GBA was still current) and I doubt they got grabbed by any of the archive sites.

Gamefaqs has quite a few, though they had a weird rule where they had to saves from a save dumping consumer tool rather the simple emulator exports or flash cart exports/dumps. If using an emulator like VBA then easy enough to import those (file - import - something I think it was) but could be more annoying if you are on a phone or something ( https://savefileconverter.com/#/gba/gameshark looks like it is still up, https://gbatemp.net/threads/i-made-a-gba-save-file-converter.587091/ for a thread on the matter)
