Seing how he has a Japanese game (Hatsune Miku Project Mirai) on a western console ("Open" button is in English), I guess we can assume they were all installed as a .CIA through a CFW.

By having an extreme amount of patience... (cia installs either via eshop or otherwise just takes forever)

No, but how do you manage to find anything in that? It's so unorganized ;_; Like it bothers me more than it should and it's not even my 3DS

Personally I (and maybe you) like themes to not just have 1 or 2 images thrown together like background for both screens. They should work together.

I've reorganized it since. All homebrew apps are to the right side now. I could clean it up a bit more, like move the VC games and 3D classics together, but it's alright I think. And yes, it takes quite a bit of patience and time to install anything over 1GB. It's a one time thing though so I don't mind much,

Suppose I'll show an updated version. I use a rotation of themes that I got from the shop currently (on 9.9 so I can't "install" custom themes to the changer), plus Red, Blue, & Black.
