Hacking Set password to USB Loader GX and NeoGamma?

Well, I have a softmodded Wii and I lauch games of a WBFS with USB Loader GX and NeoGamma.
But, I have little brother who's a bit stupid, so I don't want him to start up USB Loader GX and NeoGamma. (Because he's good in deleting things...)
So my question is: Is there a tool so you can set a password on the channels, so they can't even get started up?

You can use forwarder channels and then take the sd card out when you go. Alternatively you could move GX to a sd card and use NeoGamma as you can't delete games with it.
