Hacking Sending Wii to Nintendo

OK I am sending my Wii to Nintendo because my Wii's SD card slot is ruined. My SD card only runs in Boot 2! I just made a nand dump. I have a few pirated VC and Wii Ware games on my Wii. How can I send my Wii to Nintendo as if it is an innocent Wii. I am going to back up my saves now via save game manager. What else should I do?? Should I update to 4.2 Via nintendo at the end? I do not want to format my Wii. Do I delete all the pirated VC saves on my Wii???

Help me!!!
