Would it be possible for me to edit the .sav file I dumped from my retail Pokemon Black, and then put it back on the cart? I wanted to edit a few Pokemon, nothing major, just make a few shiny here and there, but I can't get the Pokemon Black rom to work on my DSTT (rom loading error 4). So, I figured the other option would be to transfer it directly to the cart! I'm certainly not a genius when it comes to this stuff, but I try to do my research before I ask for help. I saw something called EEPinator, but I dunno, would that work for Pokemon Black? If not... Can anyone suggest any other way I could do this? Or even a way to get the rom working?

    Thanks muchly in advance. [IMG]

Wow, that was fast! Thanks a bunch! I actually am not at the step of doing this yet, I still need to back up the save file for it... The thing is, DS Backup tool is giving me a hassle. [IMG]
Instead of starting another thread, I'll ask right here. I've got NDS Backup Tool Wi-Fi all set up, it connected to the FTP and went to the menu, and I inserted the Black Cartridge. Then... It says 0 SAV and File not found, and the option to create a .sav file is whited out. I've used this tool before with no problem, any suggestions on why it's not working now?

YES that worked Stephapanda, thanks so much!!! Now all I need is to successfully dump the sav file...
