I recently sent my Switch into Nintendo for repairs (detailed in this post). I removed my SD card, cleared logs using Hekate, and restored Switch to factory default via OFW (after backing up my game saves). Nintendo says they fixed my issue and they are sending it back to me. Tracking info says it should get here tomorrow. Im going to test it out online to see if everything still works.

I dont remember details but somewhere in the settings, there is a way to wipe your switch, like for selling it used or something. It might be called "Re-Initialize"?
