Hacking 'semi-bricked' - double news/weather channels?

Hello,
Appears at some time I installed a update from a NTSC-J game on to my NTSC-U console. Now I have two extra channels (in Japanese) for News and Weather. Is there a method to remove these extra channels?

Thanks for the help. Got them removed just fine. But appears I removed the ones for my region too by accident. After a reboot, the icons kinda came back, but blank white and saying they need an update. Whatever, never used the weather or news channels anyway.
