Hacking Selecting save slot Prime Trilogy using USB Loader GX

So I've made one save file in the Menu of Metroid Prime Trilogy. Then I started up Prime 2. But is there a way to choose a save file or will it always and forever use the first one?

'Cause I'd really like the option to use multiple saves, I'm not the only gamer here.

When you want to start a new save slot, load MP Trilogy with the main dol (the one that loads into the main menu where you can access all three save slots) and select the first slot (the one you've been using already) then copy it to another slot. Then erase the first slot. Now you can start a brand new save. If you want to switch back to the old save, you will have to copy the first slot over to the third slot, then copy the old save back into the first slot.

This method will allow you to make use of two different save slots but technically not all three, since one slot has to have another one copied over it in the transfer process. But hey, two slots is better than one.
