Hacking Selecting multiple files when scrubbing ISOs?

I don't know if this would go in here, but I am loading my ISO via backup loaders.
So, I'm editing a ISO of a game I recently bought and backed up. In WiiScrubber, I was going to take out a few files to shrink the ISO as well as scrubbing it. And yes, the files are safe to remove. Thing is, I have a lot of files to remove. In WiiScrubber, is there anyway to select multiple files, then replace then with a file? If not, is there another program that can do this?
