I do understand the the differences between a scrubbed ISO and a cISO, but can I convert an already scrubbed ISO into cISO or it has to be a "clean" ISO?

Whats an cISO? :)
Sounds like you have things a bit mixed up there :P

Anyway, if Im not mistaken a scrubbed ISO has the update partition removed... or was it just the dummy data.... Anyway, you should be able to re-add the removed data (update partition/dummy data), but I dont see why you would want to do that.

I think Wiiscrubber has an "unscrub" feature. I have never used it though because I see no point in restoring scrubbed ISO's.

A scrubbed ISO is still 4.37 GB (single-layer games at least)
It's just able to be compressed into a .rar or whatever and be a smaller size since the dummy data is turned into 00's.

A cISO is basically a .rar file. It's a compressed ISO, without the 00's.
Yes, you can turn a scrubbed ISO into a cISO. There's no difference but file size, really.

.... a CISO is often used for PSP Backups.. YACC is a program that can extract and create CIOS.Consider thefollowing

ISO are Burnables. but loadable in some Loaders
CISO are not Directly burnables. NOR Loadables
WBFS are not DIRECTLY BURNABLES! But Loadables

Easy conversion can be made with Wii Backup Manager available on Filetrip.net

Hope it helps
