You can make it a racing game if you want to. Just type in race track, then race car, then race car driver, that simple. That's the beauty of it all.

For some reason, Mario Kart still sounds more enjoyable than this.

WTF. Kids game? Really? Is Mario kids game? Zelda,Kingdom Hearts,Professor Layton? If game doesnt have blood,sluts,sex and drugs, that doesnt mean its kids game! Kids game is smth like "Lets learn ABC with Ronald McDonald!" So... I do not agree with u guys...

Dude, I hate WB... the European release date got delayed.. I was going to buy it, although it kinda pissed me off to get it two weeks after the Americans, now it will be available on 9th october in Germany so I won't buy it anymore.. I guess the American version will be Multi 5 or so...

Doubtful. It's just a bunch of sprites. I would go as far to say that it will be 32mb.
Also seriously people need to stop thinking that this game is your solution to any genre. It's ALL TOUCH CONTROL, which means that "racing games" or "zombie games" aren't going to be as fun. The game is amazingly unique, but this is a common misconception that it starting to annoy me.

The only problem I see so far, beyond the premise itself losing its initial spark, is that the touch control might make some levels much more difficult than they need to be. Some videos show the player clearly struggling to get some pieces to connect.

and the aus release is the 30th of september,
and the eur version comes out on 9 october.

Stop worrying about the file size, graphics, dumping, etc etc. Isn't this the hype/news thread. Either talk about the game, or don't talk about it at all.

id guess either 64mb or 128mb with most of the extra 64mb being trash bytes.

I'm aiming for 128mb. While it contains a lot of different sprites for all the different things, it's not gonna be that huge. Pokemon is 128mb and contains over 800 images for Pokemon sprites (for front and back sprites while battling), not to mention animated sprites for the Pokemon screen and all the different character sprites and the general overworld.
